Cognition:Cognition is a phenomenon that defined as how we think. Our thinking is driven by our cognitive power.
Emotion:Emotion is a phenomenon forced from cognition and drive us to feeling. It means how we feels.
Behaviour:After realisation of thinking or cognition and emotion we drive to act something. How we act is defined as behaviour.
Cognition, emotion and behaviour is interrelated with each other.

A negative thought significantly causes psychological distress. Any types of psychological distress causes hampers on activity and results in poor performance.
Any unrealistic thinking in job creates psychological distress. If any employee thinks that his superior is oppressing him or this job is not suitable for him, the job will be ultimately results in a bad performance.
CBT helps people to think alternative way of existing unfavourable situation.
At first such types of treatment option is discovered by Albert Ellis as REBT. REBT means Rational Emotional Behavioral therapy.
