Story of success people shows us that for each and every types of success there need a complete dedication and struggle. No body can success in there life without industry. In each and every profession there need a dedication that it must have to do. There need a confident of doing good. In which profession you are doing it is not a matter. If your aim and dedication is very clear then success will come definitely. There have a certain types of people may found that they give up their job only thinking that this job is very difficult and go through for a new job that may be more comfort and flexible from that. It is not bad to searching a good job that may give more opportunity in career development and more financial and others benefit. But it is not very good to give up job only thonking that it is very difficult task. This types of behavior will lead you to think that you can not do or you are uncapable to do. Any doubt about your task that you are capable or not will drive you to think you are uncapable to do another types of job. We know that life is just a struggle and it is not a bed of rose. So why we are affraid. Life should be continuing with struggle. Let us discuss about the life of the peoples of primitive period. What they usually do. They spent their life through struggling. Primitive people usually struggled with environment and surroundings. Before invention of fire they usually consumed non boiled meat. The food by hunting was very struggling moment before cultivation. Natural disaster was very much complication in primitive life. Cyclone, tornedo vulcanic erruption everything was the complication in primitive life. We now in modern society. We now in struggling. Struggle never be end in life. We are struggling with disease we are struggling with economy. One of the major struggle in our life is economical struggle. Cognitive behavioral therapy that is simply called CBT, is a treatment option for the patient who is suffering a wide range of psychological or mental disorder.

Cognition:Cognition is a phenomenon that defined as how we think. Our thinking is driven by our cognitive power.

Emotion:Emotion is a phenomenon forced from cognition and drive us to feeling. It means how we feels.

Behaviour:After realisation of thinking or cognition and emotion we drive to act something. How we act is defined as behaviour.

Cognition, emotion and behaviour is interrelated with each other.
