Certain types of food significantly improves hair quality. If different causes of making a healthy hair or a long hair be difficult to us, we can follow the tips of food consumption to become a smart people with beautiful hair. I am saying that in such way because, peoples smartness and beauty is somewhat depends on the quality of hair.

A list of food that strength your hair

Salmon fish

Salmon fish contains an abundance of Vitamin D and protein that improves your hair quality.

Besides of this it contains Omega 3 fatty acid. Omega 3 fatty acid helps to grow hair long.

Oyster

Another major cause of hair loosing and a low class of scalp is zinc deficiency. Oyster can reduces zinc deficiency and can significantly prevent hair loosing.

Yellow peppers

Hair breakage and poor hair follicle is caused due to deficiency of Vitamin C. In yellow peppers there have an abundance of Vitamin C that prevent hair breakage and strengthen hair follicle.

Eggs

In Eggs there have a lot of Omega 3 fatty acid and Biotin. The function of Omega 3 fatty acid and Biotin is to growing up faster the hair.

Sunflower seeds

An abundance of Vitamin E promotes a proper blood flow to the hair scalps and helps hair to grow up fast and strengthens hair quality.
