Behavior in an Organizational Culture
A corporate behaviour of an individual in an organization is depends on the function of an organization. But in most of the organization dome parameter of commpn brhaviour is followed by organizations roles and regulation. In a manufacturing unit the behaviour of the worker is not as same as the behaviour of managerial positions peoples. In an organization the behaviour of the employee toward the employer defined the responsibility of the employee to the employer that why they are employed. There have a common parameter of behaviour for an effective output for an organization. Behaviour of the employees depends on the behaviors of the employer. If any organization follow the employee rule strictly and somewhat employee oriented the behaviour of the employee tends to do good for the organization. On the otherhand organization turn into employer oriented organizatiln than the deviation of the behavior of the employees are found to getting more benifit from the organization.
