How you win in an interview?

In an interview procedure think about the characteristics of interviewer. To whom you are giving your interview, just with a second make an assumption about himself. Classify him an criteria. Aged group, midle aged group or an youth. Different ages peoples have different type of choice to make a decision about someone that the individual is good or not. Different people have different perception. Make a strategy that how you response to him. If his acasemic background is previously known to you it will be very helpful to you. Remember that any high potence people may reject for a certain type of cause. It is not a matter of wonder in real world that inspite of having you highest level of knowledge and skill you are rejected and a lower qualified people is selected. This narrow things are indescribable. But you have to win in the procedure.follow the instruction bellow, 1. Never utter any things about of your drawbacks. 2. Highlights your present glorious position to himself too much carefully that he could not understand that you are advertising yourself. 3. Behave with him simply, avoid any type of ambiguity 4. If possible try to consultant about any of things that have a good knowledge of you. 4. Handle the objection tactfully 5. Behave like to much matured 6 The most important matter is that you have to consider the performance in interview procedure. Your peeformance should increase gradually. At the end of the moment if your performance declines it may be harmful for you. Your last moment failure may diminish your previous performance you have done.
