Husband and wife is a legal relationship in order to continuing yhe flow of hereditary and reproduction of next generation. This relationship is consists of love and trust. Besides of love and trust there need responsibilities. But unfortunately it is found that these relationship is getting complex in all over the world. Why is happening this. The number of broken structure of families are increasing. First is that trust is becoming so difficult. You may find a lot of couples where have love but no trust. Even, after spending a long period they can not trust each other. If there have large enough love a bad things happens between themselves. They wants to control each other. This tendency grows for the thurst of empowerment. Empowerment is a psychological need of every human beings. Mosley's needs theorem shows that empowerment is a basic needs of human beings. Man wants that someone will honor him. To become honourable is good but for honour when someone pressure someone that he is an honourable person, hence someone have to honour him. It is one kind of oppression. For the thurst of empowerment bad people tries to control others. But it should be in clear understanding that freedom is the natural need of human beings. Birds wants to fly into open sky. Fishes wants to swim into water. If there happen any kinds of sequence in a relationship that one of the people is trying to controlling others, there love started to reduce.

Another very important things that start from the start of a married life that is dissatisfaction. Dissatisfaction comes from highest level of ambition and some of the case greedy terms. It will be wrong if it define ambition clearly. Greedy and ambition hits on the mind that if he tried better of if he take time to get married it may be happen that more smart and beautiful people would his life partner. This cause more dissatisfaction in a couple life. This dissatisfaction drives to complexity in family.

To reduce the complexity it is important to reduce these key factors. Be trust with each other. Be helpful to each other. Become satisfied with each other. Love each other and be responsible. Never try to control other.

But he could not find any friend within his 70 years of lifetimes.

To get a job employers requirement is candidate must have to be honest. In the job if employee do any of the unethical practice he may punished by termination. A people in a job do not do any unethical practice fear of losing his job. Is this people is honest? A leader may act as an honest people before upcoming election. Is he honest?

Policy is something to gain or a strategy. It can easily explain as an way to reach in a destiny. It should be a clear definition of the destiny. To achieve what, honesty is a best policy. To achieve peace and comfort in life or confidence in life honesty is an way. It is a habitual practice. But to gain something tangible or intangible to maintain any way is not better from understanding the difference between right and wrong and always rejecting wrong things without thinking any other consideration.

Honesty is a virtue. Some of the psychologist explains honesty as just an habit. Let us look at a very interesting story. A boy is seems to stand by a road besides a grocery shop for a long time. An older people is looking the boy and thinking about why the boy is standing here. Is he waiting for someone. The curiosity of the older people grows enough to know the causes of boys stand by. The older people walk forward to the boy and ask him a question. Why you are standing here for a long tone tone. The boy replied straight forward that opposite side of the road where he is stand by have a moneybag that someone have loses it. He is waiting here to pick it when this area will be crowded free. How you can define the behaviour of the boy. Is the boy honest or dishonest.  Just analyse about the behaviour of the boy. The boy is habitual to speak truth. It is a sign of honesty. Is the boy honest? But it is not good picks up the money for his own expenditure, because this is not of him. It is wrong or right? If the boy think that he can do this that he is not stealing. It is loses by others. It have to say that he have no a complete and clear understanding about the difference between right and wrong. The boy have lack of integrity.

 Wisdom and Knowledge is just looks like a similar word, but a wide range of difference. Knowledge and wisedom bith of the traits are important for daily livings of human life. For a better understanding of the difference between wisdom and knowledge let us look at an example. Two boys are well trained "how to save themselve in an accident?" They gained same knowledge. They knows how to save them from a motor cycle accident. But in a moment of accident the two boys may not act same. Two people with same knowledge may not same active in a game. Some will found slower the implementation if knowledge and other will found faster implementation of knowledge.

Wisdom is a trait that determines how easily and accurately the knowledge will be displayed.

Knowledge is the base of wisdom. Without knowledge there have no basic existance of wisedom. In timely and accurately to do something first need to know that how to do it.
